Existing
Patients
If your pet is an existing patient, please call our office at (804) 516-2885 or request your appointment online by clicking the button below.
Dates available for online booking include the 90 days following the current date.
All online appointment requests will be reviewed and are only valid once accepted by our staff.

Equine
Patients
If you are interested in your horse becoming a new patient or would like to book an appointment for your horse that is an existing patient, please call the office at (804) 516-2885 or click on the envelope below to email us your appointment needs.
New
Patients
To ensure THat all of our animals receive the highest standard of care, we are currently unable to schedule any new small animals for the near future.

Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
*Appointment Cancellation*
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact Balanced Veterinary Wellness as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24hrs in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
*Late Cancellations/No-Shows*
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we reserve the right to charge the patient a $25 missed appointment fee. For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee.
*Late Arrival*
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
*In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived or applied to future services at our discretion*
